Music Preparatory Division: Tuition and Fee Policies
Payment Option #1
Tuition and fees paid in full prior to first lesson/class.
Payment Options #2 and #3
Tuition may be paid in two or four payments. The two-payment plan requires one-half be paid before the first lesson with the balance being paid on or before Oct. 20, 2016 or March 22, 2017. The four-payment plan requires one-fourth be paid prior to the first lesson, the second payment be made on or before Oct. 18, the third payment be made Nov. 18 and the fourth payment be made by Dec. 7, 2016 for the fall semester. For the spring semester, the first payment is made prior to the first lesson with subsequent payments being made before the due dates of March 10, April 12, and May 10, 2017.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards are accepted in the Music Prep office for tuition payments. Please do not mail or e-mail your credit card information. Call the Music Prep office at (936) 468-1291, or stop by the Music Prep office and present your card for processing. We do everything possible to protect your privacy and guard your information. Credit card payments are assessed a 3% usage fee.
Tuition is non-refundable.
Partial tuition scholarships are available. Applications must be returned for committee review by Aug. 1. Recipients will be notified prior to the beginning of classes/lessons. Contact the Music Prep Office for information.
Lessons and classes may be attended by students who are current in their payments. Registration forms must be returned to the Music Prep Office, 3028 Raguet St., or mailed to P.O. Box 13043, SFA Station, Nacogdoches, Texas 75962-3043
