2009 EIGHTH ANNUAL
SFA Band Golf Classic Tournament
June 17, 2009, EAGLE’S BLUFF GOLF COURSE
Stuart Bird has graciously obtained the Eagle’s Bluff Golf Course, outside of Bullard, Texas for the Eighth Annual SFA Band Scholarship Golf Tournament . The 2009 date will be Wednesday, June 17, starting with lunch and registration at 12:00&nbs p; and Tee Off at 1:00 PM... PLAYING this course is WORTH THE DRIVE. Put this on your calendar NOW and come play, help, or just visit.
We had a great turn out last year and actually made more profit for scholarships than previous years. Email this to all your friends whether they play golf or not.
Payer fees are up 15 dollars from last year ($75.00) but you will really get your money’s worth playing this super course. Hole Sponsors will remain the same ($100.00).
I will sent out copies of payer forms and Hole Sponsor forms later. Thanks again for your help in making it possible for a student to attend SFA and be in the BAND!
Help us by getting the Hole Sponsors and Player entry fees in ASAP. Again, this is a private course and we will need to give them the Player numbers for carts and food well in advance.
Collared shirts and NO DENIM trousers or shorts. Shorts are okay.

DIRECTIONS TO GOLF COURSE:
From Tyler, take 69 South to Bullard turn right on 344, go through the Teaselville four way stop, look for Eagles Bluff sign on left approximately 1 mile and turn left on Dogget Road/CR187, can't miss it.
From Tyler, take 155 south approximately 10 miles to stop light in front of Brookshires, turn left on 344, pass Emerald Bay on right go approximately one mile look for Eagles Bluff sign on right, turn right on Dogget Road/CR187, can't miss it.
From Jacksonville, take 69 North to Bullard, turn left on 344, follow directions above from 69.
From Palestine, take 155 North, go through Frankston approximately 10 miles, turn Right at the first traffic light in front of Brookshires follow directions from 155 above. The total distance from Palestine to 344 is approximately 30 miles.
