The SFA School of Music is dedicated to serving the University, community and region by enriching the quality of life through the presentation of numerous concerts, recitals, and other musical programs. Many music faculty members are active in reaching out to the community by teaching in the Music Preparatory Division, providing concerts and instruction in the Music in the Schools program, and by sharing their teaching ideas and tips in the Texas School Music Project, an on-line resource for music educators and students.
