Julia Danyang Shan, 11-yr-old piano student of Dr. Ping-Ting Lan received 3rd place in Division VII for 14-yr-olds in the Dallas Piano Solo Competition at Park Cities Presbyterian Church on Nov. 10, 2007. She also competed in the 2008 Young Pianist Competition on Feb. 16, 2008 held at Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas, and received 2nd place in the 5th-and-6th grade category. |
