Who Are the FRIENDS OF MUSIC?

Each year numerous friends of the School of Music become members of the FRIENDS OF MUSIC by making a minimum donation of $50. Over the years, the FRIENDS have had an enormous impact on the quality of music education at SFA. We invite you to look over the material below and join your friends and neighbors in "investing in a winner!" Our FRIENDS do make the difference!

The purpose of the FRIENDS OF MUSIC is:

to stimulate a greater awareness of and interest in the School of Music at Stephen F. Austin State University and to focus on the importance of the future development of the School of Music and its potential impact on the community;

to encourage gifts, endowments, bequests, and other forms of financial aid to the School of Music;

to sponsor programs designed to broaden the educational experience of the students in the SFA School of Music through guest performances, clinicians, and other special programs.
